AI-first Project Manager roles at Datmos combine resource planning, client delivery, and digital commerce expertise in a flexible remote setting. Use generative AI daily to improve planning, forecasting, and reporting. Reporting to the Delivery Director, you will orchestrate resources across Datmos, manage a portfolio of client projects, and lead selected internal initiatives. The work spans capacity planning, staffing, delivery schedules, risks, forecasts, AI adoption, and organizational improvement. You will collaborate with Delivery Directors, product owners, and stakeholders across the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Assign resources across client and internal projects
- Maintain three-month capacity and workload views
- Own delivery plans, schedules, risks,



and staffing
- Lead internal tooling, process, and AI initiatives
- Use AI assistants to plan, forecast, and report

Requirements:
- Five or more years of project management experience
- Hands-on generative AI workflow experience
- Resource allocation across multiple teams
- Experience with transformation projects spanning departments
- English and French fluency, written and spoken Bring project leadership, generative AI, resource planning, and digital commerce experience to Datmos client and internal delivery.
