Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed estimates for construction and manufacturing projects
- Price formwork, shoring, foundations, slabs, and structural elements
- Estimate precast materials, moulds, labour, curing, and delivery
- Review drawings, specifications, addenda, and quantity takeoffs
- Build organized bids,

Requirements:
- Five-plus years estimating concrete construction, forming, and precast
- Construction Management or Civil Engineering Technology diploma or degree
- Robust takeoff skills and estimating software experience
- Ability to interpret structural and shop drawings
