Shape CBC/Radio-Canada’s digital communications through social media, newsletters, and bilingual content in a hybrid role based in Toronto, Montreal, or Ottawa.

As a Senior Specialist, Digital Marketing, you will support corporate communications across internal and external platforms. You will work with Corporate, CBC, and Radio-Canada Communications teams, plus the Office of the President and CEO. Your work will strengthen relationships with Canadians and employees through campaigns, editorial planning, and strategic advice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Update the 360 digital strategy and generate supporting social activities
- Research, pitch, produce, and distribute digital campaign materials
- Plan content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and newsletters




- Moderate bilingual discussions across CBC/Radio-Canada social channels
- Analyze social reports and recommend strategic adjustments

Requirements:

- University degree or certificate in communications or related field
- Five or more years in communications, digital media, marketing, or public relations
- Proven ability to create and market social media content
- Strong writing, leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
- Qualified English and French communication abilities
