Lead PMO governance, planning, and risk management for Thales in Ottawa, with hybrid work supporting in-service support programs. Reporting to the Head of PMO, the PMO Manager Lead works with Program Managers, customers, executives, and cross-functional teams. You will maintain delivery frameworks, strengthen program visibility, and align initiatives with Thales' strategic objectives. The position supports quality, accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement across complex programs. Key Responsibilities:

Lead governance, methodologies, and standards across in-service support programs Maintain project delivery frameworks, tools, processes, and reporting Monitor performance, risks, deliverables, resources,



and prioritization Establish program business rhythms and integrated planning Implement lessons learned and improvement actions across programs Requirements:

Degree, diploma, or relevant proven experience in business management Certified Practicing Project Manager, IPMA, or PMP certification At least 10 years supporting or managing complex projects PMO experience in Defence and Aerospace sectors Program scheduling knowledge, including WBS, OBS, milestones, dependencies, and EVM Apply PMO governance, program planning, risk management, and performance expertise to Thales initiatives in Ottawa.
