Lead construction procurement with supplier negotiation and purchasing expertise at PME Inc., supporting multiple heavy civil projects across Western Canada. As Purchasing Lead, you will coach purchasers and manage full-cycle procurement for PME Inc., part of the EllisDon group. The work spans requisitions, budgets, supplier quotes, awards, purchase orders, deliveries, and issue resolution. You will coordinate with project, operations, equipment, estimating, and finance teams. Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop purchasing team members Manage requisitions, quotes, awards, orders, and delivery coordination Identify procurement needs from schedules, budgets, and lead times Negotiate pricing, terms, rebates, and volume discounts Maintain records supporting reporting,



audits, and compliance Requirements:

Diploma or degree in supply chain or related discipline Five to eight years purchasing experience, including construction experience Experience supporting self-performing heavy civil infrastructure projects Solid negotiation, analytical, planning, and communication skills Demonstrated leadership managing priorities and coaching team members Apply construction procurement, supplier negotiation, and team leadership expertise across PME Inc.’s heavy civil purchasing operations.
