Lead enterprise communications and engagement for BCFSA, using strategic communications, stakeholder relationships, and governance expertise in a hybrid model. As Director, Communications & Engagement, you will lead BCFSA’s communications and engagement function. The role supports understanding, trust, confidence, regulatory effectiveness, and organizational alignment. You will advise executives while developing strategies, frameworks, standards, and capabilities across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

Lead communications and engagement strategy, governance, and enterprise capability Advise executives on reputation, communications risk, and sensitive matters Oversee stakeholder engagement, consultation, media, issues, and crisis communications Direct internal, leadership, digital, and analytics communications Lead managers, skilled staff,



planning, resources, and continuous improvement Requirements:

Ten years of progressively senior communications or engagement experience Expertise in strategic communications, reputation, governance, and crisis communications Ability to influence executives across complex organizational boundaries Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and enterprise functions Degree in communications, public administration, business, journalism, or related discipline Bring executive advisory, stakeholder engagement, governance, and reputation expertise to BCFSA’s enterprise communications leadership in British Columbia.
