Lead day-to-day civil construction field operations safely and efficiently Direct Forepersons, crews, and subcontractors during construction activities Coordinate labour, equipment, materials, and subcontractor resources Monitor productivity, quality, schedules, budgets, and corrective actions Review drawings,
