Lead resident-centered nursing care with S&R; Group as an Assistant Manager of Resident Care, supporting teams and Residents’ dignity. This leadership role supports care delivery in a community-focused home. You will guide nursing staff, uphold Residents’ Rights, and advance the home’s Strategic Direction. The position includes quality improvement, communication, staffing, education, and collaboration with care partners. Key Responsibilities:

Advocate for Residents’ Rights and resident-centered care standards Assist with nursing staff hiring, onboarding, and performance management Support Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives and enhanced care Develop staffing patterns aligned with Residents’ needs Lead multidisciplinary teams with integrity, flexibility, and enthusiasm Requirements:

Registered Nurse with current CNO certificate of competence At least one year of Long Term Care experience Three years’ healthcare managerial experience preferred in Long Term Care Leadership and communication skills Vulnerable Sector Screening and current TB two-step documentation Bring nursing leadership, quality improvement, and resident-centered care expertise to S&R; Group’s Resident Care team.
