Manage civil construction projects in Vancouver with scheduling and budget skills. This full time role supports projects from initiation through closure. As a Junior Civil Project Manager at CapWest, you will coordinate Civil and Infrastructure projects while aligning work with Onni’s high standards. The position involves subcontractor and consultant planning, resource allocation, documentation, reporting, and project controls. You will help manage project delivery across design, execution, monitoring, and closure. Key Responsibilities:

Develop, track, and maintain project schedules Review critical paths and adapt projects to meet deadlines Oversee tendering and contract administration Coordinate subcontractor and consultant scope planning Ensure projects meet budget,



schedule, and drawing specifications Requirements:

Minimum five years of Civil and Infrastructure construction experience Project management experience across process development and execution Large Heavy Civil and Infrastructure experience considered an asset Certificate, university degree, or college diploma considered an asset Project Management education considered an asset Apply civil project management, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and budget development skills to CapWest construction projects.
