We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading enterprise client operating within a highly regulated sector. We are seeking a Strategic Communications Specialist to join a dynamic team dedicated to developing high-priority content and executive communications. In this role, you will synthesize complex operational data into polished presentations, memos, and updates for senior leadership.

This hybrid position (4 days per week in office) is based in downtown Toronto, Ontario, and features a collaborative environment focused on alignment, messaging continuity, and engagement across internal executive teams.

Responsibilities

- Produce weekly updates, memos, and committee/board briefs for Senior Leadership Teams (SLT), translating complex concepts into clear, actionable, and digestible content.
- Compile and format performance and operational data into executive-level presentation decks.
- Audit historical content repositories to maintain messaging alignment and continuity across corporate initiatives.
- Maintain and update the internal content library using SharePoint to streamline intake requests and document management.




- Collaborate directly with internal stakeholders and senior management, actively participating in regular strategic planning alignment meetings.

Requirements

- Extensive qualified background in corporate communications, strategic messaging, or executive reporting.
- Strong writing and documentation expertise, with experience transforming technical or complex information into accessible content.
- Direct experience operating within a financial, banking, or highly regulated corporate environment.
- Knowledge or background related to organizational security, risk management, or technical communications.
- Proficiency with SharePoint and content repository management.
- Higher education in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, manage tight deadlines, and pivot adaptively in a evolving workplace.
