Lead electronics assembly and integration operations at L3Harris in Montréal, applying production leadership and technical manufacturing expertise on day shift. As Production Supervisor, you will oversee approximately 15 direct reports within Operations Engineering. The work involves high-variety, low-volume manufacturing, electrical and electronics understanding, technical documentation, and system integration. You will execute project-based master schedules while supporting safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
