Brodie Rec Leagues in Toronto is seeking a Social Media Strategist (Founder Content) to own the founder's YouTube channel and lead the team producing it. You will shape the channel's strategy, formats, and storytelling, driving growth and engagement with data-backed decisions. The role requires deep YouTube expertise, a track record of growing a channel, and the ability to align clips, shorts and long-form content with a weekly production cadence under the CEO’s direction.
