Bayshore Healthcare needs a Program Manager skilled in healthcare operations, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication. The work supports pharmaceutical patient services remotely. Reporting to the Associate Director, the Program Manager directs day-to-day operations for assigned Patient Support Programs. You will coordinate contractual services, program protocols, audits, reporting, and employee management. The position also supports pharmaceutical partnerships, business cases, revenue-generating programs, and quarterly business reviews. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate internal and external stakeholders around program requirements Develop policies, procedures, scripting, work instructions, and process flows Support audits, quality reviews, incident reporting, and corrective improvements Coordinate recruitment, orientation, coaching,



workload planning, and retention Directly manage employees delivering compliant, high-quality patient care Requirements:

Three years’ management experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals Ability to interpret policies and integrate operational procedures Understanding of program development, implementation, evaluation, and service delivery Exemplary written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities Ability to work independently in a quiet remote setting Bring healthcare operations, quality assurance, employee leadership, and stakeholder coordination to Bayshore Healthcare patient support programs.
