Lead Piedmont Airlines ground handling operations across multiple locations, coordinating teams, staffing, equipment, safety, and customer service expectations. Travel is required. As General Manager, Multi-City, you will manage station operations and staff including Shift Managers, Supervisors, and Agents. The position reports to the Regional Manager, Ground Handling, while overseeing operational efficiency, facilities, labor relations, and security. Daily work includes scheduling and performance management. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee operations across permanent, seasonal, and temporary locations Plan staffing, equipment, assignments, rotations, breaks, and overtime Coach employees and provide career development support Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports Conduct performance reviews and address non-compliant behavior Requirements:

Proven team leadership and manpower preplanning experience Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Conflict resolution skills across team members Microsoft Office Suite familiarity Internal controls experience for accountable items Apply ground handling leadership, workforce planning, and operational oversight across Piedmont Airlines’ multi-city airport network.
