Colliers in Burnaby, BC is seeking a Senior Property Manager to nurture client relationships, manage budgets and supervise operating and capital expenditures for Class A properties. You will lead a small team, coordinate ESG initiatives, and ensure accurate monthly reporting while maintaining solid vendor and stakeholder relations. The ideal candidate has a BC rental property management licence, 5+ years in a similar role, and experience with Yardi Voyager.
