You will manage priorities, service levels, escalations, quality, reporting, and governance. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and six years’ relevant experience Four years’ experience in talent acquisition operations or related functions Experience supporting campus programs Experience with coaching, onboarding, training, or team leadership Microsoft Office and relevant talent or enterprise systems proficiency Supervise RSM talent acquisition operations using coaching, interview scheduling, reporting, governance, and process improvement expertise.
