Coordinate suppliers, approvals, and delivery milestones. As Procurement Manager, you will administer the complete purchase order lifecycle for owner-furnished, contractor-installed equipment. The position partners with sourcing, legal, logistics, finance, engineering, project teams, and suppliers. Your work aligns contracts, specifications, quantities, funding, forecasts, invoices, and project schedules. Key Responsibilities:

Draft, validate, finalize, issue, and close equipment purchase orders Resolve cross-functional gaps and secure timely approvals Confirm supplier acceptance, manufacturing milestones,



and shipment readiness Maintain procurement and financial system purchase order data Improve templates, controls, compliance, and audit readiness Requirements:
