Own diverse commercial properties across the GTA using budget leadership, lease administration, and polished client communication. This senior role is client-forward. Manage retail, industrial, office, and medical assets for an established owner-operator. You will control portfolio numbers, buildings, and relationships while working directly with decision makers. The work combines financial reporting, tenant relations, lease administration, building operations, compliance, and capital projects. Key Responsibilities:

Build annual operating and capital budgets, including CAM and TMI recoveries Deliver monthly financial, leasing, receivables, and capital reporting Manage leases, critical dates, renewals, estoppels, and insurance certificates Oversee vendors, preventive maintenance, tenant improvements,



and capital work Maintain building, fire code, OHSA, insurance, and legal compliance Requirements:

Minimum eight years managing commercial properties Experience across at least two listed commercial property types Robust lease administration, enforcement, and building systems knowledge Proficiency with Yardi or comparable property management software Valid G driver's licence and regular GTA travel availability Bring commercial property leadership, financial ownership, lease expertise, and client communication skills to this GTA portfolio.
