Lead equipment service operations with preventive maintenance and team development at National Rent-All Inc. Oversee shop and field service across a growing department. This experienced Service Manager will strengthen operations spanning parts, warranty, maintenance, and equipment readiness. You will develop people, processes, and systems while improving consistency, accountability, safety, and performance. The position requires service leadership, workflow improvement, coaching, and equipment maintenance understanding. Key Responsibilities:

Lead shop, field service, parts, and warranty operations Oversee scheduling, work orders, inspections, repairs, and preparation Monitor availability, downtime, productivity, turnaround,



and repeat failures Establish SOPs and consistent service standards Coordinate communication across internal and external service partners Requirements:

Five-plus years in service or fleet maintenance management Experience leading technicians, workflow, and service performance Understanding of equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance Experience with warranty processes and parts management Valid driver's licence and acceptable driving record Apply service leadership, maintenance knowledge, and process discipline to improve equipment readiness and performance at National Rent-All Inc.
