Lead major gifts strategy at The Royal Conservatory in Toronto, using donor development and fundraising leadership in a hybrid work arrangement. The Director, Individual Giving provides strategic and operational leadership for RCM’s leadership giving program. Reporting to the Managing Director, Development, this senior leader translates integrated strategy into a focused major gifts plan. The position aligns portfolios, donor strategies, team priorities, pipeline development, and revenue forecasting with institutional objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement annual major gifts plans Lead, coach, and manage two individual giving staff Oversee donor pipeline health, movement,



and portfolio assignments Manage complex donor relationships and solicitation strategies Forecast revenue and report performance using donor data Requirements:

Minimum seven years of progressively responsible fundraising experience Success securing major gifts of $25,000 and above Experience leading programs, portfolios, pipelines, and forecasts Proficiency with Raiser’s Edge and Microsoft 365 University degree or equivalent relevant experience Direct individual giving, major gifts, pipeline development, and donor relationships for RCM’s institutional fundraising objectives in Toronto.
