The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

full-time Bilingual Telesolutions Advisors

to join our growing team

Positions available as of

November 30, 2026

. Schedule:

Monday to Friday, from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

(35 or 40 hours)

(eligible for a 6% evening premium for shifts ending at 7:00 p.m. or later) This hybrid position is available at our

Montreal office (2020 Robert-Bourassa Blvd.)

What you’ll do: Contact existing and prospective customers to assess their interest in discussing their insurance needs, either now or in the future, with a licensed agent. Build strong customer relationships and transfer customers to licensed agents as quickly as possible. Promote our products and services while acting as a solid brand ambassador. Participate in projects within your team.

What you’ll bring: High school diploma or equivalent. Bilingualism (French and English) is mandatory. This position requires making calls and providing service to English-speaking customers on a regular basis.



Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Team-oriented mindset. Ability to adapt to changes in products, services, or company policies. Dynamic and energetic personality. No Canadian work experience required; however, candidates must be authorized to work in Canada.
