Build React, TypeScript, and Python features for Flightline’s AI product as a Senior Full Stack Engineer within Stout’s Applied Innovation Group. In this senior role, you will ship production software across frontend and backend systems. You will work with LLM applications, data pipelines, APIs, and user interfaces while partnering with consultants, product, and design. Your work will support knowledge work used on live client engagements. Key Responsibilities:

Ship refined features across frontend and backend systems Own platform areas through production and ongoing development Improve extraction, retrieval, chat, and content generation Build tests, evals, and checks for AI-assisted changes Partner with consultants, product, and design on requirements Requirements:

Five or more years of full stack software engineering experience Production experience with interfaces, APIs, data stores, and processing Ability to learn unfamiliar languages, frameworks, and codebases quickly Experience with LLM applications and testable quality checks Transparent communication of technical trade-offs without jargon Apply full stack engineering, LLM application knowledge, and production ownership to Stout’s Flightline platform.
