Overview:

You will be responsible for leading the design of robust, scalable and mission critical customer facing applications. You’ll work in a complex setting with a mix of legacy and modern systems and infrastructure. As we modernize and deliver exceptional experiences, we are seeking a skilled solution architect to play a key role in identifying opportunities and influencing and guiding our transformation journey.

Responsibilities:

Support and drive the organizational goals to simplify, automate and reuse technology assets

Foster collaboration and understanding across all teams to ensure functional and non-functional requirements are met while balancing business goals

Develop and maintain application technology roadmaps that are aligned to technology and business strategy

Define standards and best practices in relation to digital architecture concerns

Influence and contribute to the development of technology strategy and delivery planning

Collaborate and guide engineering teams and applications towards target state architectures

Coach peers to successfully adopt standards and patterns

Develop and review solution designs

Must haves:

5+ years of hands‑on experience as a solution or enterprise architect having worked in designing and supporting digital experiences on enterprise environments

Proven experience (5+ years) in solutioning with Salesforce Sales, Service and/or Financial Services Cloud (FSC)

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or equivalent content management experience

Front‑end UI frameworks (e.g.



REACT, VUEJS)

Experience designing digital experience solutions with public cloud and SaaS products

Blend of technical skills and business acumen

Strong interpersonal skills

Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at complex concepts at various levels

Curiosity and passion to improve the customer experiences

Nice to have:

Experience in the financial services, insurance or similar regulated industry

Enterprise integration architectures and patterns (e.g. ETL, eventing, APIs)

Strong working knowledge of modern security, identity and authorization patterns

Leading POCs and vendor evaluations

TOGAF knowledge is beneficial

Developing target state architectures and roadmaps

Experience working in product and agile environments

Hands on experience solutioning mobile applications is beneficial
