Education and Experience

3-5 years’ experience in Product Design or UX/UI

Experience using AI to build rapid prototypes and collect user feedback

Experience building AI-native interfaces (AIX)

Knowledge and Skills

Proficiency of UX design discipline - user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, etc

Self-motivated to take initiative and ownership of your work

Immaculate attention to detail, typography, and interactivity

Have a user-centric mindset throughout your design process

Solid proficiency with the latest design tools and software, Figma

AI-first mindset, comfortable integrating AI tools into your workflow

Defining and leading digital transformations at a strategic level

Work closely with the Product Managers embedded with each team/project

Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, Engineering, and Sales in person

Job Responsibilities

Consistently up to date with the latest design trends and best practices

Collaborate well with Product Managers, Engineers, and Sales





Rapidly iterate on design prototypes and working applications

Open to new tools and methodologies, yet opinionated about best practices

Lead Design Discoveries: Facilitate complex and prolonged design discovery sessions, acting as the subject matter expert and providing recommendations to clients.

Project Delivery and Leadership: Anchor projects in their area of expertise, leading client meetings on design-specific matters and implementing project-level solutions.
