Lead health system performance and funding stewardship for Ontario Health West Region, using analytics and accountability expertise across hospital providers. As Program Manager, you will guide performance, reporting, funding allocation, and accountability work for Ontario Health West health service providers. The role focuses primarily on hospitals and requires strategic collaboration across providers, Ontario Health Teams, finance partners, Ministry of Health, and regional colleagues. You will translate complex operational, financial, and system information into transparent advice and action. Key Responsibilities:





Lead provider performance and accountability management across assigned programs Oversee service accountability agreements and transfer payment arrangements Analyze funding allocation and reallocation recommendations Monitor utilization, settlements, risks, and improvement opportunities Prepare concise advice on performance and financial stewardship Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in health, business, public administration, finance, or related field Five to seven years of progressive health system experience Four years of program leadership experience Financial management, funding, or contract management experience preferred Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint Apply performance management, funding analysis, and provider accountability expertise to strengthen Ontario Health West Region services.
