You will gather, validate, and document requirements while analyzing processes and supporting solution design. The work includes collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership through testing and implementation. Key Responsibilities:

Lead discovery, elicitation, documentation, validation, and stakeholder sign-off Facilitate workshops identifying needs and process improvement opportunities Create BRDs, specifications, user stories, criteria,



and process flows Analyze gaps and recommend operational and digital improvements Coordinate functional, integration, and user acceptance testing Requirements:
