Lead sustainability reporting at Aritzia while translating ESG regulations, governing complex data, and working from Vancouver or another Support Office hub. As Senior Manager or Manager, Impact Reporting, you will inform stakeholders through transparent, accurate communications and reporting. You will help embed responsible practices across Aritzia, aligning social and environmental impact work with best practices. The position combines regulatory interpretation, disclosure development, reporting process leadership, data governance, and impact performance measurement. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners while applying Aritzia’s Values and Business and People Leadership principles. Key Responsibilities:
