Lead operational accounting, IFRS compliance, and financial controls as Director, Operations Accounting across multiple sectors within a complex business. Reporting to the Vice President, Accounting, this leadership role oversees accounting integrity and reporting. You will partner with Operations, guide accounting professionals, and strengthen processes, controls, and governance. The position emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and scalable execution across sectors. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop Sector Controllers, Controllers, and Accountants Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes Ensure IFRS, policy, and internal control compliance Review reconciliations and resolve balance sheet issues Drive standardized, scalable accounting process improvements Requirements:

CPA designation or equivalent with strong IFRS knowledge Progressive accounting or controllership leadership experience Experience in complex, multi-entity environments Robust financial reporting, controls, and compliance expertise Advanced Excel and financial systems experience Bring controllership leadership, IFRS expertise, and process improvement capability to strengthen accounting accuracy, governance, and operational support.
