As a full time EMEA Account Manager in 3M’s Automotive Vertical, you will manage strategic customer relationships across regions. The position focuses on account plans, market intelligence, customer insights, and customer-focused solutions. You will collaborate with international teams while supporting profitable growth and sales objectives. Key Responsibilities:





Lead Chinese OEM and Tier accounts across EMEA Implement account plans supporting revenue and market share growth Identify new business opportunities using market intelligence Build relationships with decision-makers in EMEA and China Drive profitable growth across assigned accounts Requirements:

Strong B2B account management and business development skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Automotive, or related field Automotive industry experience with OEMs or Tier suppliers Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese Up to 30–50% travel across EMEA and China Bring Chinese OEM relationships, automotive expertise, and commercial discipline to 3M’s EMEA account management team.
