This director-level position oversees complex transaction accounting and reporting matters for clients. You will lead multiple engagements involving capital markets transactions, business combinations, and transaction events. The work includes technical analysis, team leadership, client development, and collaboration across advisory, audit, tax, and deal teams. Key Responsibilities:
