Church & Dwight Canada seeks a Finance Manager, Business Unit Finance, reporting to the Finance Director, Commercial Finance. This role advises Commercial leadership, leads performance reviews, and strengthens planning and analysis. It manages and develops one Senior Financial Analyst while supporting portfolio performance and growth evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Commercial leadership on portfolio objectives and recommendations
- Lead monthly and quarterly Monthly Business Review reporting
- Translate performance versus Plan, Prior Year, and forecast
- Evaluate product-price architecture strategies with Revenue Growth teams
- Develop tools and simplify financial analysis processes
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- CPA designation and/or MBA
- Experience coaching and developing direct reports
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and business judgment skills
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
