Full-Time Weekday Janitor Position in Downtown Vancouver

Job Title: Janitor

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Start date: December 1, 2026

Status: Full-Time, Permanent (Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week)

Location: Downtown Vancouver, a 5-minute walk from Stadium–Chinatown SkyTrain Station

Brightpoint Property Services Inc. is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Janitor to help keep a downtown Vancouver residential high-rise clean, welcoming and well cared for.

Your Responsibilities:

- Keep the lobby, building entrances, elevators, hallways, amenity room and parkade elevator landings clean and presentable
- Sweep, mop and vacuum floors and carpets
- Clean glass, doors, handles, mirrors and fixtures
- Dust furniture, ledges, baseboards and other surfaces up to 9 feet




- Empty garbage and recycling bins and keep the mail area tidy
- Complete scheduled cleaning in stairwells and bike and storage rooms
- Help keep the garbage room clean and organized when the Building Manager is away
- Report stains, damage and other building concerns
- Clean common area washrooms

What We Are Looking For:

- Reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Polite and professional with residents and guests
- Able to work independently and manage your time
- Able to stand, walk, bend and push equipment during your shift
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Previous janitorial, building cleaning or commercial cleaning experience is an asset
