Engineer secure Windows and mobile endpoints at De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited using Microsoft Intune and PowerShell during regular business hours.

This hands-on specialist role covers endpoint engineering, administration, support, and continuous improvement across DHC and affiliated businesses. You will independently deliver complex technical work, provide advanced escalation support, and recommend practical platform improvements. The role also provides technical mentorship without direct people-management responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and optimize Intune, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Active Directory
- Build Windows configurations, Autopilot provisioning, policies, packages, and update rings
- Automate provisioning, patching, reporting, and remediation using PowerShell and Graph




- Resolve complex endpoint issues and perform recurring-incident root cause analysis
- Lead assigned refreshes, deployments, upgrades, integrations, and support transitions

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in information technology, computer science, or engineering
- Minimum 10 years Information Technology experience, including five endpoint years
- Robust hands-on Intune, Windows, Microsoft 365, security, and automation experience
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills for endpoint management workflows
- Experience with ITSM incident, problem, and change management
