Lead Novo’s cardiometabolic medical strategy across Ontario and Quebec as a Senior Medical Science Liaison Manager with field leadership expertise. This 12-month contract is based in Ontario.

As Senior Manager, Medical Science Liaison, you will lead and coach Medical Science Liaisons across the field. You will guide territory action plans, KOL engagement, scientific discussions, and operational excellence. The role connects field insights with Medical Affairs and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and mentor MSLs across Ontario and Quebec
- Execute cardiometabolic medical strategy across both provinces
- Oversee budgets, tactical plans, and Veeva documentation
- Build strategic relationships with Canadian KOLs and institutions




- Connect field insights with Head Office priorities

Requirements:

- Advanced scientific or healthcare degree preferred
- At least five years in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries
- Medical Affairs, MSL, leadership, or people management experience
- Canadian healthcare and regulatory landscape knowledge
- Ontario residence, driver’s licence, and travel availability up to 80%
