Lead workforce planning and talent acquisition for the City of Cambridge, using strategic human resources expertise in a Monday-to-Friday schedule.

As Supervisor of Workforce Planning, you will oversee recruitment, onboarding, retention, and succession initiatives across the organization. Reporting to the Manager of Recruitment, Employee & Labour Relations, you will supervise Talent Acquisition Advisor staff. You will advise leaders on staffing matters, labour market trends, and workforce strategy while supporting future service delivery needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead corporate workforce and succession planning initiatives
- Supervise Talent Acquisition Advisor staff
- Develop talent attraction, recruitment, and retention strategies




- Oversee full-cycle recruitment and selection processes
- Analyze workforce data and labour market trends

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in human resources or related field
- Three to five years supervising staff and leading initiatives
- Significant workforce planning and recruitment experience
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
- Valid G driver's license and required certificates
