As Senior Manager, Project Integration, you serve as the senior technical contact for assigned modification projects. You own technical content and coordination while partnering with the Project Manager. Your work connects engineering, the DAO, manufacturing, installation, supply chain, and equipment suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the integrated technical view of each aircraft modification
- Chair technical meetings and drive decisions through closure
- Coordinate department commitments before requirements become urgent
- Lead prototype installation and repeatable production transition
- Resolve technical issues across manufacturing,
installation, and suppliers
Requirements:
- Engineering degree or equivalent demonstrable engineering record
- Ten years in aircraft modification, design, and certification
- Five years leading multidisciplinary projects through installation
- Personal experience taking avionics-led STCs to issue
- Experience with DAO, production, installation, and configuration control
