Reporting to the Director of Pre-Construction & Estimating, the Senior Estimator leads estimating processes and tender closings. The work covers institutional, commercial, industrial, and multi-unit residential construction. You will prepare budgets, coordinate subtrades, and collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review plans, specifications, contracts, and document discrepancies
- Complete Class D, C, B, and A budgets
- Solicit bidders and coordinate subtrade tender distribution
- Lead tender closings, bid leveling,



and scope clarification
- Identify risks, opportunities, and cost savings

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years in ICI construction or equivalent
- Engineering or Construction Management degree, diploma, or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Project
- Successful tender closing management experience
- Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
