As a Business Process and System Improvement Specialist, you will connect strategy, operations, data, technology, and process. You will analyze workflows, support business systems, and turn priorities into execution. The work spans cross-functional improvement, ERP and CRM initiatives, reporting, automation, and internal tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive cross-functional improvement initiatives from discovery through implementation
- Map workflows, identify root causes, and define requirements
- Design future-state processes with controls and success measures
- Support ERP, CRM, testing, rollout, and documentation
- Build dashboards, reports, databases,



and internal applications

Requirements:

- Preferred 0–2 years in process improvement, analysis, systems, or related fields
- Post-secondary education in technology, engineering, business, analytics, or related disciplines
- Experience mapping processes, gathering requirements, and documenting workflows
- Experience supporting business-system implementation, testing, validation, or reporting
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
