As a senior advisor, you partner with chief risk officers and senior management on financial and non-financial risks. You develop recommendations, approaches, directions, and practices that strengthen risk management frameworks. Your work spans operational, regulatory, and conceptual challenges requiring solid business understanding. You also advise decision-making bodies and business partners on strategic, regulatory, and organizational matters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide consolidated views of financial and non-financial risks
- Partner with chief risk officers on strategic matters




- Prepare meetings with decision-making bodies and regulators
- Coordinate statutory and regulatory risk management requirements
- Monitor mitigation measures, action plans, and industry developments

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum eight years of relevant experience
- Experience within the three lines of defence model
- Strategic advisory experience with management, bodies, and regulators
- Strong French and intermediate advanced English communication skills
