This director-level position oversees complex transaction accounting and reporting matters for clients. You will lead multiple engagements involving capital markets transactions, business combinations, and transaction events. The work includes technical analysis, team leadership, client development, and collaboration across advisory, audit, tax, and deal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead concurrent capital markets accounting advisory engagements
- Advise clients on complex transaction accounting and reporting
- Review technical analyses, position papers, and deliverables
- Manage engagement economics, staffing, and resource deployment

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent
- At least nine years of experience
- Advanced U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and accounting standards knowledge
