Reporting to the Director of Pre-Construction & Estimating, the Senior Estimator leads estimating processes and tender closings. The work covers institutional, commercial, industrial, and multi-unit residential construction. You will prepare budgets, coordinate subtrades, and collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams. Key Responsibilities:

Review plans, specifications, contracts, and document discrepancies Complete Class D, C, B, and A budgets Solicit bidders and coordinate subtrade tender distribution Lead tender closings, bid leveling,
