As a ServiceNow developer, you will develop, configure, test, and maintain applications and modules. The work supports business requirements and best practices through workflows, integrations, testing, and documentation. You will also support users and administrators.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure workflows, forms, UI actions, and business rules
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID servers
- Implement out-of-the-box configurations across named ServiceNow products
- Troubleshoot functionality, performance, and security issues
- Perform testing and document technical specifications and guides

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- Five or more years of development and administration experience
- ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications
