Prosperity Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced perioperative nurse to support surgical procedures across a 24-hour hospital operation. You will prepare surgical supplies, maintain sterile fields, and collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and the interdisciplinary team. Availability spans days, evenings, and nights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support surgical procedures through circulating or scrubbing duties
- Organize instruments, equipment, and supplies before procedures
- Maintain infection prevention, control, and aseptic practices
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary surgical team
- Document accurately and follow hospital clinical standards
Requirements:
- Experienced Registered Nurse with formal perioperative training
- Previous operating room experience and hands-on scrubbing
- Current BCCNM registration in valuable standing
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
