- Support underwriters analyzing complex medical and non-medical situations
- Assess practices and recommend corrective actions and rule enhancements
- Conduct sampling reviews of decisions and applications
- Support adverse selection and disputed underwriting cases




- Lead improvement initiatives and change management activities

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree and/or ten years of relevant experience
- Individual insurance underwriting experience with life and living advantages
- Analytical mindset, precise reasoning, and sound judgment
- Ability to explain concepts and provide constructive feedback
- Advanced English; FALU or FLMI designation is an asset
