As Veterinary Practice Manager, you will unify Brooks, Taber, and Lethbridge operations within TELUS Agriculture and Consumer Goods. You will coordinate administrative workflows, billing processes, client communications, and operational priorities. Your work will support veterinarians, consultants, technicians, and clinic teams while helping standardize scalable processes across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate scheduling, communications, and administrative workflows across clinic locations
- Manage billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, and month-end processes
- Standardize workflows and coordinate operational priorities across clinics
- Support hiring,



onboarding, training coordination, and employee integration
- Track metrics and implement process and technology improvements

Requirements:

- Five or more years in operations or practice management
- Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee integration
- Strong organizational, project coordination, and communication skills
- Client relationship management and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working across multiple locations or sites
