Agilus by Synergie is recruiting an experienced Training and Development Advisor for a six-month contract in Alberta’s Oil and Gas industry. The advisor coordinates technical, operational, and safety training while supporting compliance across multiple sites. This work involves partnering with operations, maintenance, safety, and contractor teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and facilitate technical, operational, and safety training
- Administer employee and contractor competency assurance processes
- Assess training needs and identify competency gaps
- Maintain qualification records within learning management systems




- Monitor operational, regulatory, and site compliance requirements

Requirements:

- Eight or more years in training or heavy industry operations
- Experience in Oil and Gas, Oil Sands, Mining, or Petrochemical
- Experience facilitating adult learning and competency development
- Proficiency with learning management and competency tracking tools
- Post-secondary education in a related discipline
