Analyze employee benefits data and renewals as a Benefits Analyst supporting HUB’s Employee Benefits and Retirement Practice. Collaborate with Consultants and Account Managers.
This client-focused position supports service and retention across the full lifecycle of employee benefits plans. You will prepare reports, conduct marketing, review quotes, and develop renewal projections. The work also includes maintaining client files, responding to perks and claims inquiries, and supporting plan administrators. HUB seeks candidates with one to two years of group benefits experience, including renewals and underwriting exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Consultants and Account Managers on client service
- Prepare new business, renewal, and plan update reports
- Analyze data for experience reports and renewal projections
- Prepare specifications, review quotes, and recommend solutions
- Maintain client files in EPIC or similar systems
Requirements:
- One to two years of group benefits experience
- Exposure to renewals and underwriting processes
- Knowledge of Canadian group benefits plans
- Knowledge of related financial requirements
- LLQP license or willingness to obtain
