As an Experienced Personal Lines Sales Broker with RH Insurance, you will manage leads, generate business, and meet sales targets. You will recommend coverage, build customer trust, and identify cross-selling opportunities. The role reports to the Personal Line Sales Broker, Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage leads and provide timely quotes to prospective clients
- Generate current business through networks and assigned leads
- Understand customer needs and build trust quickly
- Recommend and explain coverage for individual customer needs
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
Requirements:
- Alberta Level 2 General License required
- British Columbia Level 1 or 2 General License an asset
- Minimum one year personal lines insurance sales experience
- Proven record of achieving high sales numbers
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
