Manage digital imaging applications with Synapse PACS expertise at Accenture, supporting healthcare clients from Montreal, Toronto, or Mississauga. Work onsite three days weekly.

As an experienced Digital Imaging PACS Administrator Applications Support Coordinator, you will manage day-to-day operations, stakeholder relationships, and offshore collaboration. You will support workflows, requirements, testing, configuration, integrations, and application enhancements in healthcare environments. English communication is required for regular interaction with stakeholders across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

- Document current-state business workflows and analyze current designs
- Define product requirements, use cases, and functional specifications
- Translate requirements into testing conditions and expected results
- Support configuration,



integration setup, testing, upgrades, and optimization
- Coordinate understanding between Epic teams and Accenture technical leads

Requirements:

- Two-plus years managing healthcare IT PACS applications
- Synapse Fuji PACS experience and certification
- Bachelor’s degree or related college program completion
- English communication with stakeholders across Canada
- Consulting experience and integrated healthcare systems knowledge are advantageous
