This Vice President leads the Global ORM function and supports the Head of Technology, Operational and AI Risk. The role oversees enterprise operational risk across Manulife, including frameworks, risk appetite, assessments, incidents, scenarios, indicators, reporting, and supporting technology. It also guides resilience and crisis risk teams globally. Key Responsibilities:
